You can get involved in Walking for Wellbeing in two ways:
As a Walker
For referral or self-referral. This form is for those suffering from depression or those wishing to refer a patient or client to use our services. Simply fill in the form and send it to us by post.
As a Guide
If you'd like an opportunity to help others, you can apply to become a Walking for Wellbeing Guide.
